Question: Are you going to list my house on the MLS or are you actually buying it?

Answer: We don't list houses on the MLS because we are not agents. We are professional house buyers, and we will either fix up your house and resell it, or rent it out ourselves. 

Unlike nearly ALL of our competitors, we actually BUY HOUSES. The standard business model for so-called "house buying" companies is to appear as if they are going to buy your house just long enought to get you to sign a contract, Then they scramble to find a REAL buyer-- while you assume the selling process is already underway. 

These companies are lucky to close 10% of the time if they can find a buyer. At Hurry Home Buyers we close more than 95% of our contracts, and almost always with us as the actual end buyer. 

Question: Will you give me a fair price?

Question: How do you decide what to give me for my property?

Answer: This is super simple and we're totally transparent:

-What condition your house is in right now.

-What repairs are needed to bring your house up to speed.

Question: Do you charge any fees or commissions?

Question: What makes you different from real estate agents?

They simply have no money or desire to buy your home themselves.  It's a disappointing bate and switch.
